Our IP — all platform content, UI, designs, code, and branding remain exclusive to Testimonial Boost or its licensors. Only content marked for download (e.g., embed codes) may be used externally for their intended purpose.
5. Case Study & Testimonial Widgets
Widgets or embeds created via the platform are customizable and shareable under your control. You may assign names and settings to saved widgets. These embeds may include popups, carousels, grids, or other display formats. All generated embeds remain subject to these Terms.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Payments for subscription plans are handled via external providers like Stripe. We never directly process or store payment data. You are responsible for payment information accuracy and timely payments.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, even if advised of such risk.
8. Service Interruptions
Occasional downtime for maintenance or updates may occur. We’ll notify users in advance when possible. We are not liable for unavailability due to third-party outages or force majeure events.
9. API Usage
Our API access is subject to these Terms. You assume all responsibility for how your systems interact with it.
